How would you react if older women called you ate?

At first: I just ignore it. Siguro nagkamali lang.
Second time: Bad trip. Nananadya ka na ha!
Succeeding: I just called her ate in an irritated voice!

It’s so kakainis!!! Feeling nya bata sya. Excuse me girl mas matanda ka po kaysa sa akin. It so happened na nauna lang akong mag asawa kaysa sayo. Taray ko noh! Sorry naiinis lang kasi ako!

Now I understand why my friend got irritated in her too.

I’ll try to enumerate things about me so you will know me more:
~~ I was born under the astrological sign of virgo
~~ I’m a coffee lover. My day is not complete without a coffee.
~~ I once dreamt of becoming a teacher
~~ But end up taking up bachelor degree in accountancy
~~ Once in my life a dream of becoming a nun came across my mind when I was only eleven years old. That was during the time when my parents broke up.
~~ In high school, I once pond of composing poem where I expressed all my feelings…happiness, loneliness, anger, doubts, etc…
~~ I also once became an editor in chief of our school publication then
~~ I love math
~~ I do not hate English but I am not good in it
~~ I joined a lot of inter-school contests. And even made it up once to regional level and loss…
~~ I’m not good enough in memorizing
~~ I am proud to say that I did not failed in any subject from grade school to college
~~ but once cried in grade school when I got for the first time a 79 grade just because I had a number of days absences
~~ But managed to had a happy face in college even if my grades are 75
~~ I had my first job as a saleslady in a bakery in our province when I was 16 years old just a month after I graduated high school
~~ I only lasted in that company for 2 months.
~~ Decided to went to Manila and pursued college
~~ Worked in an NGO after I got my college diploma
~~ But decided to transfer to government after 3 years
~~ I am here in my present work for 3 years already
~~ I usually fall asleep early at night and woke up early in the morning
~~ I easily cry
~~ I love listening to disco music
~~ I wanted to enroll for a review class and take the board exam
~~ I got married 3 days before I turned 27 years old
~~ I became a mother at the age of 28
~~ I love Filipino dishes
~~ I hate thai food
~~ I love coke regular
~~ I don’t know how to drive a car but very much welling to learn
~~ I love playing scrabble and hammer heads deluxe
~~ I am afraid of heights, deep water & in the dark
~~ I am well organized person
~~ I love chocolates
~~ My favorite color is blue
~~ I practice writing on a piece of paper when I am sad or hurt
~~ I love surfing the net

why is it that when i am trying to start my day as positive as i can,
there are things or person who ruin my day...

but anyway, instead of spreading some negative thoughts over the blogosphere today just let me share this video by celine dion and josh groban... the prayer!

What makes me today?

I’m angry and very disappointed…

Because…

~~ I discovered just a while ago that the personnel concern in all our GSIS transactions did not remit my payment for the loan a.k.a. cash advance I made with GSIS last August 2006.

~~ As I recall, I advised them to deduct from my monthly salaries the dues I have to pay at GSIS. And as a proof, I have a copy of the payroll for December 2006 reflecting the deductions that they made.

~~ If only the GSIS allow us to go directly to them and pay it ourselves then the problem like this did not happen. But GSIS only allowed our liason officer to transact with them though this policy benefited us as well in other ways.

I almost cry…

Because…

~~ of disappointment & anger that I felt

~~ I do not want to deal this kind of problem especially this time when I have other things to fix/deal with

I hope that…

~~ the concerned personnel take an appropriate action as soon as possible or before another interest/surcharge be added to my loan

a reminder

While I am thinking of something to write on my blog today, a message from unknown sender just hit my email inbox.

Curiosity drives me to open the message.

But as timely as I need this kind of eye opener/reminder, this is what I got:

I knelt to pray but not for long,

I had too much to do.

dalawang linggong pamamalagi doon
bilang bahagi ng training para maging isang ganap na diver...

pagkakataon na aking sinayang dahil ako'y naging duwag...

subalit hindi man ako naging diver,
marami pa rin akong masasaya
at mga hindi makakalimutang karanasan...

masaya at hindi malilimutan dahil:
~~ sa unang pagkakataon ay narating at nasilayan ko ang kagandahan ng boracay
~~ nakapagbonding kami ng aking mga kaopisina at mga kaibigan
~~ higit kong naintindihan ang trabaho sa field
~~ nalaman ko na higit palang masaya ang boracay sa gabi
~~ narating ko rin sa unang pagkakataon ang crocodile island
at doon ko naranasan ang sobrang takot dahil sa laki ng mga alon

maraming salamat sa pamunuan ng opisinang dati kong pinagtatrabahuan
sa pagkakataong ibinigay nyo para makasama akong magtrabaho sa field.
