I'm not fond of forwarded messages, too. But you're right, when I revisited some of my old (forwarded) emails, most were very inspiring. :)
i, too, don't like forwarded messages. i usually delete them. with your post, maybe i really should start reading them too.

forwarded messages can have a light in them, i just discovered that recently when i read my forwarded e-mails, lol!
