Right now I am preparing all the requirements needed in applying for a renovation permit. And that's keeping me busy this time. I am praying to have the permit before the end of January and to start the constructions as soon as possible. ☻☻☻
Not-so-good news: January 21, 2009 – the palace announced the cabinet revamp. Meaning we will have a new boss by next month. Panibagong adjustments na naman ito. *sigh*

That is a good news!!! Iba talaga ang sariling bahay, you can do whatever you want including having pets. I'm confused though, why is the need to renovate? isn't this a newly built house?

@nance: ya, i agree with you on that. wala ng maraming bawal. actually bare type lang kasi sya. kami pa magpapagawa ng ceiling, partition, fence at papaextend na rin kasi namin yong sa likod.

@purple ink: hehehe. alam na alam mo favorite color ko ah. gusto ko light blue or cream. but of course depende sa budget. kung hindi na kayanin eh di next time ko nalang sya pagagandahin ang importante safe kami kapag lumipat doon.
